We train our staff ourselves. We have experienced trainers at our disposal that know all about the standards we set. We put our people through their paces and if they don’t meet the standard then we won’t employ them.

Make no mistake, we don’t get things right every single time and we will never be perfect. However, this won’t stop us trying and we are always receptive to the views and wishes of our customers. Training
We know that a security role is not the responsibility of one individual or a small number of people. It is the job of everybody. Our purpose is to co-ordinate the approach and get everyone to play their part.
We provide training to retail staff in the form of presentations and meetings in which we cover salient points and provide updates in respect of new trends and intelligence. This approach forges a strong relationship between our clients and us as we tackle problems together.
We offer training seminars from time to time aimed at retail and security managers. On these occasions, we can bring our customers together for a useful exchange of views and information as we tackle crime collectively.
