Possession is nine tenths of
the law.
We liaise closely with the police and other
law enforcement agencies. We retain a network of informants and information
sources. In cases where high value goods are lost; we can assist in conducting
an investigation aimed at their recovery.
We often act for creditors on the occasions
when their property requires repossessing from debtors.
Frequently, such tasks require a degree of
investigative expertise to locate the persons and goods to begin with. Then,
observational ability and communication skills play their part to secure the
co-operation of the debtors concerned, or other persons who might assist our
enquiries.
In the case of defaulters, we can often be
called upon to negotiate payments on behalf of our clients.
